Terms of Use and Communication Preferences

1. About Commercial Electronic Messages

E-mails sent by [FİRMA ADI] constitute commercial electronic messages under Electronic Commerce Law No. 6563 and KVKK No. 6698. These messages are sent to inform you of and develop business around our foreign blue-collar staffing services, based on your sector position.

Our company fulfills its obligations under the Communication Management System (İYS) and only includes sector decision-makers who are open to commercial communication in its commercial electronic message list.

2. Changing Communication Preferences — Opt-Out Methods

You can use one of the methods below to unsubscribe from our commercial communications list. Your request will be applied within 30 days at the latest, after which no commercial electronic messages will be sent to you.

3. Process After Unsubscribing

• Once your request is received, your e-mail address is added to a permanent block list, which takes effect in all active campaigns immediately.
• Due to technical processing time, 1–2 additional messages may arrive; this does not invalidate your request.
• If you also want your data deleted, simply add the phrase "I request the deletion of my data" to the same e-mail (under KVKK Article 11).
• Requests are concluded within 30 calendar days at the latest and you will be notified.

4. Security and Privacy

Your personal data is stored via industry-standard encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) and access-controlled systems. Database access is subject to logging and periodic audits.

5. Service Description

[FİRMA ADI] provides foreign blue-collar staffing services to factories, hotels and accommodation businesses in Turkey. Key features of the services offered:

• Domestic foreign personnel: delivered within 72 hours
• Overseas foreign personnel: 7–10 business days (including Ministry of Labour and Social Security work permit process)
• SSI notification support, work permit tracking and accommodation organization
• Active references at 7 hotel groups and 48 businesses

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction in disputes. For data protection complaints the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) is the competent authority.
